2. Scope and purpose
Data and documentation submitted through the contact form are processed solely to handle the enquiry, prepare a response or quotation, and deliver any subsequent cooperation.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on consent, steps taken before entering into a contract, and the controller’s legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence under Article 6(1) GDPR.
4. Technical documentation
Submitted drawings, models, photographs and process descriptions are used solely to assess the enquiry and are not shared without the customer’s consent, except with infrastructure providers acting under appropriate agreements.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
